Professor Veera Sekaran is the Head of the Regenerative Agritech Centre, in the Department of Biological Sciences at the National University of Singapore. He established businesses to transform urban and nature spaces into thriving habitats and sustainable ecosystem with regenerative, nature-based solutions. Affiliated companies provide solutions in climate-controlled urban farming/smart farming, development of Green Intelligence (GI) Networks for Nature-Based Solutions and Eco-developments.

- Botanist /Urban Greening/Urban Farming Specialist/Green Futurist with over 35 years of experience
- Directed cornerstone local and overseas greening projects in public and private sectors.
- Assistant Curator of Horticulture at the Zoo and Night Safari

- Lecturer 4 terms in NUS for the Master’s Programme in Landscape Architecture
- Lectured at the Institute of Engineers (IES)- Active Beautiful Clean Waters (ABC Waters Programme), PUB
- Broad-range of Nature-Inspired Consultancy projects for Eco-parks and Zoos, including territories in Pakistan, Morocco, Seychelles, Africa, Vietnam, China, India, Malaysia, Indonesia and Cambodia.
